Cannot sign up

As you see ,I can't sign up and send information to developers.

Are you user from China and able to load background images list in login page as per screenshot below?

If you are unable to load the background images, you will need proper VPN or alternative way to access Pixiv contents as Pixiv is blocked in China. Otherwise if you are able to load the background images, you can press the Don't have an account?(未持有账号?) button and enter your nick name to sign up
