Do we really need the -n option
From the man pages I can read the following about the -n option:
Return immediately without waiting for you to "finish" the buffer in Emacs.
If combined with --eval, this option is ignored.
Given that we are using --eval also it looks like the -n flag has no effect and could be removed?
I don't know. In Emacs 28.2, I don't even see a -n option listed in the man page or emacs --help, so I guess something changed since I wrote those instructions.
In any case, the argument seems to have no effect now, and since it might be necessary on older versions (unless one of us wants to research that), I'd suggest it be left as-is.
