Can you please document the arguments given to and the return value expected of ement-room-send-message-filter? I know that one can read the org filter function already, but it would be nice to have it spelled out in the user option's docstring rather than guess at it by reading the org filter function. Thanks.

I was mostly looking at doing some simple text replacements like the ever popular /shrug -> ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
