Add tags for ansible-backup

Hi there, would it be possible that we could add tags for this collection so we can pin at specific versions? Thanks.

Hi @LandonTClipp,

Sure, it was my plan some time ago ;) I added first tag!

PS: sorry for changing default settings, I shouldn't to it. I suppose this is the cause of your request.
