Autoassign issue for user after status changed

Hello! It will be nice, if you add next functionality:

If "status x" for "tracker y" in (optional) "project z" was changed to "status n" - then assign to the "user a". And not as an option in settings, but in follow or elsewhere, to have ability set many times changing while status changes for issue. Thank you! Sorry for pore English.
