Change bulk sending page layout and add additional content for international text messages

Updated changes:

  • Separated 'Bulk sending' and 'Daily limits'
  • Check if new page is formatted correctly (dev to help)

Still to do:

  • add new 'Daily limits' to side nav
  • replace link to AIT in UI to link to new 'Daily limits' page

Content doc for reference

Changes made:

  • page layout amended to include specific section for daily limits and international text message limits
  • added additional information in a details component on AIT
