Parts or all of breadcrumbs missing on some pages

Here is a list of gaps and inconsistencies we have in the use of breadcrumbs. Someone raised these with us in the process of documenting the breadcrumbs component as part of the design documentation work.

• Manual sections should have a parent of the manual, and a grandparent of a topic.
• HMRC manuals should have breadcrumbs (example: Capital Gains Manual)
• Corporate information pages should have a parent of an org page trello
• Worldwide offices and worldwide organisations do not have a breadcrumb - example (more info on recent work)
