[WIP] Feedback component visual updates

What

Cosmetic changes to the feedback component.

Why

Research suggested that a number of issues need resolving longer term. However, in the short term we are improving the component cosmetically to address several concerns:

• The component is too bulky
• Users are distracted by the component on shorter pages
• Users can mistake the component as being part of a form that they need to fill in
