Improve the design of errors

What

Explore how we can improve the design of error pages and the messages within those pages. Natalie has done some great work on this already and we're going to look at how we can improve the design of the page.

Why

Users often struggle to understand why they have an error and do not know how to fix it.

We have designs, but its a bit complex so would be good to have a chat and/or pair design and development
