Decide & create separate support channel to the Prototype kit

With the separation of support from the DS team, the PK team needs a separate request support channel.

Why

To provide clear ways for users to request support.

Team agreed on 20/9 to not create a separate channel on GDS Slack

Zendesk configured - all of us need to be in that group.

Request was sent to David Williams. Zendesk ticket to create a new group was created. Awaiting further news/instructions.
