Organise monthly Prototype Kit Surgery

What

We did a tried doing a surgery during services week and the team agreed it was helpful to users and we should run one once a month.

Done when

  • [ ] We know what success looks like and we have a way to measure it
  • [ ] We have a schedule for the next 6 months (e.g who, where and when?)
  • [ ] We have a way for users to sign up and change their booking
  • [ ] We have an agreed process to promote the surgery
  • [ ] Everyone on support knows our plans and processes so they can help users

22nd June DS Day (surgeries type) and end of May first surgery day.
