What

Write support responses for:

• what's changing with navigation, with the release of the Service navigation component
• what we want services to do, and when they need to do it
• when we will deprecate the 'header with navigation'
• plans for 'header with service name'
• what service teams are responsible for (particularly when customising navigation)
• how they can give feedback

Will probably live in the Common responses section of the Team Playbook

Why

We want to clearly communicate what we intend to do, give consistent responses, and help teams update their services.
