Feedback from retro on 10/08/22:

We got tripped up in the release notes for 4.3 with contributors missing, backticks for code params missing and one late PR erased from existence briefly. I hypothesise at least some of this comes from the notes being copied too early into a google doc and going through the 2i content process. Do we need some stricter docs on writing release notes? Is google docs the best place to write and edit markdown content?
Our release docs are missing a few odds and ends to make it clearer how stuff fits together. Fresh eyes are always good to refine this stuff.
