Fix: allow Enter to trigger search with autocomplete menu open

Previously pressing Enter when the search input box was focused, with the autocomplete menu, would prevent a search from triggering. Moved preventDefault() within the handleEnter component to allow search to trigger when autocomplete menu is open, but not focused
