I got it working by manually applying aarch patches found in later versions of srsLTE. If I figure out the proper way to do a pull request I’ll submit.

The one person that told me the xa4 worked as a UE also said they added this to the arguments --rf.srate=11520000 I’ll follow up and see what else they used.
