Update dependencies and add namespace for AGP compatibility

I have made the following improvements to the repository:

Updated outdated dependencies to their latest stable versions. Fixed issues with compatibility in the latest Android Gradle Plugin (AGP) by adding the required namespace field to the build.gradle file. These changes ensure that the project is compatible with the latest versions of Flutter and Android Gradle, improving overall stability and build performance.
