Build aarch64 wheels with auditwheel

I just noticed that some wheels are missing in the latest PyPI release like the aarch64. Could you please add them? :slightly_smiling_face:

I have pushed a wheel created with a dirty hack

I didn't see v0.3.43 yet but I was referring to the already existing 0.3.42 Wheels from the GitHub release which I'm using for a while now without problems. I'll test 0.3.43 soon :-)
