#1958 disabled our Windows+CUDA CI because of a bug in the Windows nvcc. Once this is fixed we should reenable the CUDA-on-Windows jobs.

NVIDIA were able to reproduce the issue and the compiler team is looking into it.

Yes, it is NVIDIA bug 4160691.

I confirm this is still a problem on VS 17.7 and nvcc 12.1.

My ticket status on NVIDIA's bug tracker was changed from "Open - pending review" to "Open - Fix being tested". No further message was added.

NVIDIA closed the ticket. The fix will be available with CUDA 12.4.

Not CUDA 12.3? If this is correct, it looks like CUDA 12.3 will be released soon.
