Update documentation copyright
The copyright for our documentation is quite outdated. We should update the list of authors and the list of copyright holders.
Who should be in these lists? The authors of the current alpaka release? Or just the people who have actually touched the documentation?
As always, I am against listing people anywhere. That's what git is for. You could add a generic Copyright alpaka maintainers and contributors
if you need to.
Adding a generic copyright is what big companies doing and the developer become unknown contributors. If you move a file between folders or you rename files during a refactoring it is not guaranteed that git is linking files correctly im the history, in this case you do jot know old contributors anymore.
I am against changing the way how we list contributions to files.

This can indeed be a problem.

Fair enough :)
