Missing param data - GET /v1/orders:by_client_order_id

The docs don't list any parameter information for the client_order_id which is referenced in the description of the endpoint. The request path is listed as "/v1/orders:by_client_order_id", which doesn't show any path parameters - should client_order_id be a query param?
