Portfolio History API returns null `base_value`

Describe the bug Starting today, the Portfolio History API is returning null for the base_value property and 0000-00-00 for the base_value_asof property. Both paper and live APIs are affected.

Additional context This issue was only introduced starting today.

Hotfix is deployed in the sandbox environment. Will be deployed in production before market open on Monday morning, possibly earlier

You are correct. Another update was made last night and will work it's way through the test environments.
