Add ability to connect bank/transfer funds through API

Would like more then the simple get on /accounts.

  • ability to connect bank through API
  • ability to transfer through API

Is it possible for Alpaca to implement this by establishing an endpoint to receive Plaid access tokens and exposing the ACH API that it already uses?
