This errors is usually caused from some compatibility check. Are you using the latest version? Are there any ingresses in the cluster?

Can you first upgrade to the latest version? you can use this: `sh
Lastly, I assume you have connection to the outside? Can you dump the logs by running: `kubeshark logs` and upload here? Alternatively you can do via Slack.
I suggest trying V50.0 (latest)
