Error on MacVim when choosing the highlight

The ENTER command on highlighted lines after :NV will show an error like the image below, but c-v works fine. Why is that happen? Thanks in advance.

pls share your vimrc. I had something similar where my vimrc was coded incorrectly, so maybe that can help.
