Sheet PDF export does not work in Qlik Sense June 2017 Patch 2

Hello,

Could you please check and fix PDF export issue when exporting whole sheet? The extension is not exported at all - we can see only blank space in the output. We have also contacted Qlik support regarding this issue and the conclusion is that the extension and PDF export is not enabled and advised to check: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-developer/June2017/Subsystems/Extensions/Content/Howtos/extensions-enable-export.htm

PDF export is enabled in the extension. There is a strange behavior of Qlik Printing service in Desktop. It shows a blank page. Nevertheless it works on Enterprise server.

Hi Alner,

I tried to export to PDF from Qlik Sense Hub (enterprise server), but still does not work. FYI, I downloaded this extension on 16 Aug. I don't see any updated version after that. Appreciate your response.

It is still does not work. I have imported the latest release, and am using Qlik Sense server September 2017 release.

have you tried to restart qlik printing service?
