Well, that is really weird. I haven't removed any project from the database so I wonder what is going on. Is it possible that you or anybody with admin rights...

Okay, I've been able to find the records today, not sure why I wasn't seeing them earlier, and it seems that the problem was due to encoding issues (see #1369)...
