growth_summary method is creating duplicate rows

if there are any retained students in the data frame, summary() generates two rows for spring to spring - one with the main cohort, and one with the retained cohort. while not technically wrong, it's probably not desirable behavior. @chrishaid any thoughts about how to fix this?

This one is going to be tricky to fix.
