internal consistency on start/end mean rit

In summary we call it start_mean_testritscore. In cgp prep we call it `start_mean_rit'.

Given that we're talking about the same calculation, we should probably pick one or the other. @chrishaid do you have a preference?

I like the former because it preserves the transformed/summarized variables name so it's clear what the source was. The start and mean seem self evident!
