confused about the relationship between mlsql ,delta-plus and spark-binlog

Are delta-plus and spark-binlog already included in mlsql? If I only want to sync mysql database to delta lake, is mlsql all I need to install?

I suppose that delta-plus and spark-binlog can also be run without mlsql. Is that correct?
