Enable dismissing the notification when writing tags to files

When exporting the tags to the file metadata, a notification pops up that reads "Writing tags to files XX%...". It has a dismiss option, however the notification appears again as soon as the percentage rises by one, so almost immediately. It would be better if the dismiss button actually dismissed the progress notification, and you only saw it again when it is done. Alternatively, just remove the button since it is useless in this case.

To Reproduce

• Have a larger number of images so the exporting progress takes some time and you can observe it
• Export the tags to metadata
• Try to dismiss the notification
