QoL GUI request - Increased Ability to Position Tags tab & Scale The Tag Editor List Bigger

Hello,

I would love to have ability to customize the Tags tab position when it's maximized It seems to have hardcoded position that gives Locations only few hundred pixels

This is especially an issue with 4K displays where you could see everything you need, but atm you need to minimize tags or scroll locations which is inconvenient for a good workflow

The same applies to Tag Editor, which gives such a small visible list of tags Ideally users should be able to extend the window as much as they like

We tried to add the same resize behavior as for the sidebars for these panels (with a blue line), but getting it to feel natural was really difficult, so we just settled for this approach

Oh my - How did I miss that the little drag icon was there all the time?

I just didn't notice it since it is at the bottom of the sidebar slired I guess

My second request though was to be able to expand the Tag editor beyond its current bounds ... The maximum dimensions when expanded is very limited and it's quite tedious to work with if the tag system is very big and deep
