You can still cycle through images from the tag editor.

Describe the bug If you are adding a tag (Input box selected or typing) and you use the left or right arrow keys you both move through your tag text and also cycle through the images in the background.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Adding a tag (Anywhere you can add tags)
  2. press left or right arrow key on Keyboard
  3. Images are cycled through in the Background

Expected behavior You should only be moving through the text you typed instead of the images as well.

This is actually intentional! But indeed, it's not really well thought out in combination with the text cursor. Being able to cycle through images while the tag editor is open is really handy for tagging many images without having to move your hands from your keyboard, you can even hold shift or control to make a selection of images and tag them all at once.

We were thinking of using modifier keys for switching between cycling through images or moving the cursor in the input field, but they're all in use for selecting multiple images already. We haven't found an intuitive alternative yet

Since it's a text field, i think keeping user expectations with it sould be more important (arrow keys mover cursor, ctrl-arrow jumps words, etc...)

When the text field is empty, then you probably can move the image selection.
