latest version (2.35.0) is not available in maven repo

Describe the Bug

According to https://github.com/allure-framework/allure2/releases, latest version is 2.35.0, but I am unable to add this to my pm.xml as it is unavailable in maven repo. Checked in this url: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/io/qameta/allure/allure-bom/

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to pom.xml
2. Change version of allure-bom to 2.35.0

Expected Behaviour

Latest version of allure should be downloaded from maven

Hey, this version is also not available on npm as the command line package. There is a critical vulnerability on versions below 2.35 as well at the moment.

all versions now released to NPM as well, see https://www.npmjs.com/package/allure-commandline?activeTab=versions

2.36.0 has no known vulnerabilities as for today
