feature(codeceptjs): generate env and executor info

Context

  • Generate environment.properties and executors info
  • fix: use the codeceptjs configuration output dir when nothing is passed to allure plugins
  • more properties that provided within config would be added to environment.properties

Indeed, the executor info PRs get somewhat ignored, perhaps you are right. P.S. Although, I see the team is working on the next major version, so maybe this will be addressed there.
