allow some commands to be used as a user installed bot and in dms, maybe some features like snippets can let you have user specific versions of them (like snippets only you can use)

I would tick this down to low priority. Currently this isn't something that needs much focus on - of course in the future, when our priorities shift, that will change and we can bump the priority back up.

im keeping this as medium priority since it also allows dms which is fairly important, ill also edit issue title to clarify
