[FEATURE] - Allow XP to be earned from voice channels

Some users requested that voice channels should grant users XP similar to how messaging does. Relevant suggestion: https://discord.com/channels/1172245377395728464/1378453405294661693

Describe the solution you'd like

Add XP gain from being in voice channels, preferably a slower XP gain compared to messaging (e.g every 10 minutes in a voice channel a user gains 50 xp).

this could be pretty cool i imagine it would be a nice quality of life feature but not a high priority

something to consider with this is that sometimes i see people sitting in vc while they appear to not even be awake, which will result in "inflated" xp
