[BUG] - Bookmarks not working in forum post first message

Describe the Bug

Bookmarking doesn't work in forum posts, as when attempting to bookmark the very first message (as in the message used to make the forum post) like this

you're just met with

HOWEVER, you can bookmark any other message in the forum post EXCEPT the first message

To Reproduce

1. Make a forum post (or go to any forum post)
2. React the message of the forum post with 🔖 to bookmark it
3. Tux outputs error message telling you it cant DM you (even if you have DMs on) then deletes it

Expected Behavior

• Tux bookmarks the message with no issues and sends the user a DM

Environment

• Whatever the environment stuff for the main tux bot in ATL is

I've been unable to reproduce this in all my testing so I am unsure if this is still an issue

Ok so I just tried with another forum post and it worked just fine! that's new to me.

BUT when I try with this specific forum post (same shown in the screenshot) it gives off the error no matter what, that's strange.

i have absolutely no clue whats going on with this ill see if i can try doing anything about it
