TP4056 pin 9 error

Pin 9(exposed pad) its GND pad. This can be found in the datasheet

Original TP4056 is produced by TPOWER. Original IC have isolated bottom heat dissipation pad. You just need to verify that bottom pad is isolated. If its isolated than you can use this pcb. If its connected to some pad than DO NOT USE provided example.
