replace radio buttons with mouse-over for clickable layers

For the page https://derivationmap.net/clickable_layers the "highlight variables" radio button could be replaced by interactive mouse-over.

Instead of field sets to box variables and names, use mouse over to hover on variable and then highlight corresponding entries.

When I mouse over variables, tool tip the name. When I mouse over names, tool tip the variable.
