Decentraleyes: Avoid loading libraries from CDNs

The addon contains a lot of JS-libraries and replaces links to CDNs with links to bundled libraries to avoid tracking.

I would guess most CDNs are irrelevant for tracking, as they set themself cache headers to avoid requests, but the idea is nice anyway.
