Make everything opt-in

I know the main purpose of the site is to recommend specific settings, but have you considered adding an option where every setting is unchanged by default and the user really has to go over them one-by-one to include? That would prevent some annoyances and web compatibility issues due to blindingly accepting crowdsourced settings.

This would be on interesting preset, when #57 is implemented.

In fact this may be even a default for when presets are implemented.

Options:

Default: no checkmark / choice that does not change anything
Default from the settings file: sensible default for most users
Value from the preset

The blank may be implemented directly, so the "blank" preset does not need to be updated for new options.
