Added a third option to disable the array parsing functionality

If the arrays have non-sequential numeric keys it will not work well with jQuery.param() function. I my current project I have a lot of params like f[a][20][300]=1. I want to use the current url and just change some parameter. If I do that and build a new URL with the jQuery.param function the resulting url will have 20*300 params with empty values.

My guess is that someone else has the same problem so I thought it might be good to have the possibility to disable the array parameter parsing.
