Update dependencies info

Hi 👋 - some minor fixes for the README

• Remove the -jvm suffix for the Gradle dependency - thanks to Gradle magic the -jvm is only required for Maven.
• Add note under Maven usage to highlight & explain the -jvm suffix. (I'd like to use the new admonitions, but they don't work inside <details>.)
