Translations?

(Currently have no plans for it but, well if somebody tries)To translate this mod (and, of course the manual) to another language, what files/strings/directory structures should be edited? I went through the files but couldn't decide which to put my hands on.

I never delved into the question due to the lack of time, but the translation for KSP mods is a well understood process with its own community toolchain, so if someone would take the burden, there wouldn't be many technical problems, just work to be done.
