I'm looking into this now—locally, I'm hitting an error at the `readFile` https://github.com/ethyca/fides/blob/9abd7960ec54f1437394520a92ea794ba73d95e8/clients/cypress-e2e/cypress/e2e/smoke_test.cy.ts#L57-L60 this appears to be a known issue: https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress/issues/27457 that's not the error we are getting in CI...
