Errors when trying to run env update

Hi @allind,

EukDetect is exactly what I need for my research and thank you for creating it. However, I am totally new to Anaconda and Github and trying to pick them up now.

I followed your instructions and with some help from youtube, got as far as the "conda env update --name eukdetect -f environment.yml" step. When I run it, this is what I got:

$ conda env update --name eukdetect -f environment.yml Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): ...working... done Solving environment: ...working... failed

ResolvePackageNotFound: a long list of errors

Would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue. Thanks!
