macOS Catalina spcomp support

Hello spcomp is no more supported in macOS Catalina, when I'm trying to compile it says: [Errno 86] Bad CPU type in executable

spcomp has a 64-bit build these days, but it looks like we're only currently packaging it for Linux - this should be an easy change.

I don't think we're building 64bit sourcepawn on mac due to no 64bit games are being supported on macos.

We do have these separate packages only containing the compiler and includes, so maybe putting them somewhere more accessible is a good idea. https://nightly.link/alliedmodders/sourcemod/workflows/scripting/master
