I'm also experiencing this issue. Fresh CSGO server installation on Debian 9.

That message is unrelated to the issue in the original post and can be safety ignored.

I see. I think i confused this issue with another one..

Just realised that it's normal that a 32 bit file cant load a 64 bit file :)

What was the solution to original post? I'm getting same error on fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04.2.
