Makefile (VSP)

Please correct the makefile. I renamed the library names to the new ones (libtier0, libvstdlib), but the plugin still won't compile. Branch: csgo.

We don't maintain the Makefile since we don't use it. If you have fixes we'd be happy to take them.

Can I redo the script for compiling MM:S on serverplugin_sample and suggest it to be added? I don't think beginners can do it on their own.
