This fixes issues with CNetworkVar and adds support for CUtlHashMapLarge and MurmurHash3.

What is the issue with CNetworkVar that this is fixing? And is the rest of the change necessary? This looks like a very large amount of code that was potentially not reverse engineered.

We're not interested in being a mirror for leaked code.
